Step 1 - Walk Through Inspection, Evaluation & Design
We'll meet with you to walk through your facility and evaluate the best possible approach to giving you a functional and efficient compressed air system.
We take the time to address your concerns (moisture, pressure drops and energy efficiency) and even take into consideration future growth of your production which ensures you don't grow out of your air system for many years.
We'll design a system based on our evaluation and put together a quote, working with your team, to figure out how to make it best meet your budget concerns.
Step 2 - Order Materials
We'll manage all of the ordering and gathering of materials and have them drop shipped to your facility. After receiving your materials we'll make a courtesy call to inventory them to ensure a smooth installation, with minimal (if any) delays.
Step 3 - System Installation
We'll work again with your team to schedule the install, keeping your production on-line a top priority.
If we're modifying or updating a current system we'll make every possible effort to accommodate your business needs by working around your production times and /or temporarily bypassing key circuits so that your facility can keep running while we install your system.
If we're installing a brand-new system, we'll work with your other contractors to allow for smooth integration of the air system around their projects.
Step 4 - Start Up & Final Inspection
At the completion of the install we'll perform a start-up to pressurize the compressed air system and ensure system integrity, making sure your system is leak free and efficient as promised.
If we're installing a new air compressor for you, we'll check all electrical connections, check amp draws, voltage drop and compressor regulation to ensure trouble free operation.
